MACCS recently hosted a customer service training session led by Mrs. Aruna Pulton, an experienced professional with a passion for coaching and development.
The training focused on enhancing MACCS Staff’s knowledge to deliver quality customer service. Participants learned key principles, effective communication techniques, and strategies to meet customer expectations. The emphasis was on understanding the importance of customer satisfaction in fostering loyalty and building strong relationship.
This program was a collaborative effort between JCI Quatre Bornes and Mauritius Cargo Community Services. To conclude the event, we presented certificates to our staff members. We were honored to have the presence of the 2024 JCI President, Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel, the 2024 National President, Kishan Rughobur, and the 2024 Local President, Muhammad Bin Abubakr Joolfoo, who joined us for the certificate award ceremony.
The training session was not only limited to customer service department but extended to employees across all other departments. Recognizing that everyone interacts with customers in their roles, MACCS aimed to enhance customer service skills throughout the organization. By providing a more consistent customer experience, MACCS will strengthen its relationships with its clients and drive business success within the Trade Community and beyond.
