Core values serve as guiding beacons to employees, clients, and opportunities. Most importantly, if your team does not understand who you are and what you stand for, they will not be capable of effectively speak for your brand.
When it comes to keeping the morale of employees high and fostering camaraderie within organization, nothing speaks louder than an internal workshop, and this was ably demonstrated by MACCS recently.
The core values workshop was arranged in a manner that was both engaging and intriguing to the employees. It was designed to foster meaningful conversations and a stronger feeling of collaboration and teamwork among employees. Our staff were encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences on how the organization could be improved in both the short and long run.
Through this workshop, MACCS has undoubtedly taken a step in the right direction towards increasing office morale and promoting a sense of communal belonging. It seems to have laid the groundwork for the organisation to approach developmental and team building activities in an engaging manner, allowing for the continued involvement of everyone in the company, on both a personal and professional level.core
