As part of its commitment to self-improvement and career development, MACCS, in collaboration with Junior Chamber International (JCI) Quatres Bornes, held a public speaking training for its employees. This initiative sought to provide employees with fundamental communication skills, which are essential in any profession.
The sessions were conducted by certified public speaking trainer and communication coach, Mrs Srirupa Wawge. Her years of experience ensured that participants were taught effective communication and speech delivery methods.
After this training, MACCS employees would master the ability to actively capture an audience’s attention, articulate their ideas during presentations and meetings, and leave a lasting impression.
