MACCS proudly celebrated its 18th Anniversary through a celebration highlighting the company’s achievements, growth, and continued commitment to innovation and information security. The event also marked two major milestones for the organisation: the official announcement of MACCS’ ISO 27001:2022 Certification and the launch of the 10th Edition of the MACCS Newsletter. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Dr the Hon Avinash Ramtohul.
The event started with an official welcome address by the CEO of MACCS, Mr. Charansingh Dabeesing. In his address, the CEO reflected on MACCS’ journey over the past 18 years, highlighting the company’s role in supporting the digital transformation of trade and logistics in Mauritius through more secure digital services.
A video presentation showcasing MACCS’ milestones and achievements over the years was presented to attendees, followed by an address from the Chairman of MACCS, Mr. François De Grivel, CBE, who commended the dedication and efforts of the MACCS team in driving the organisation forward.
Dr the Hon Avinash Ramtohul delivered an inspiring keynote address, recognising MACCS’ valuable contribution to the advancement of digital trade facilitation and congratulated MACCS on our ISO 27001:2022 certification. The ceremony concluded with the official launch of the MACCS Newsletter, followed by a networking session and refreshments, allowing guests and staff members to celebrate the occasion together.
