- Tenders must include a banker’s cheque of 10% of bid value. Cheques of unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The successful bidder’s cheque is enforceable upon acceptance and forfeited if sale is not completed within 15 days.

Late submissions will not be considered. Tenders must remain valid for 60 days. MACCS Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without justification.
