The Human Resource & Administration Team plays a key role in fostering an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion among employees and contributes to a positive work environment.

The Finance Team supervises the budgeting, accounting, evaluation, and logistics operations of MACCS, whereby it ensures the effective running of our organisation and to provide accurate financial information to all stakeholders.
Some main duties performed by our Finance Team:
- Assist in general financial management and analysis.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Financial audits and controls
- Statutory returns within deadlines.
As MACCS grows and evolves, so does the roles and importance of this back-office team which cannot be underestimated. It serves as the cornerstone of the MACCS’ workforce, enabling work processes to operate seamlessly and ensuring that the organization’s goals are met.
